We worked with Corporacion Multi Inversiones in documenting their corporate values and ethos in a Code of Ethics and Conduct. This entailed integrating interests across the group’s investments in milling, livestock industry, restaurants, real estate, finance and energy in over 7 countries. We later designed and initiated the implementation of the code developing implementation tools tailored to the group as well as local sensitivities; this included proper training material, enlisting a communications campaign, among others. Sustainable Strategies aided in documenting the companies culture, considered critical to its competitiveness and disseminating to the growing population of workers and partners.
