We worked with the Sustainability Office, the strategic planning office, with the senior management team and with the General Manager of Cemenots Progreso in order to help them align the sustainability strategy to the company’s long term business goals. This included multiple meetings to align frameworks, validate material issues, identify key indicators for the long term strategy and set meaningful ambitious sustainability targets that applied for the company as a whole.
